The waiting time at U-center does not depend on the diagnosis made. U-center offers treatment for people with virtually all complaints, integrally and simultaneously. More about who we treat can be found here. The waiting times in this overview are the realized average waiting times of the past month.
Does your health insurance not have a contract with U-center? Then expect a longer waiting time. Usually it takes an additional 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your health insurer.
Role of referrers
We always try to help you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that sometimes we depend on referrers. For example, to get a referral letter and other documents. Once these documents are received, the information will be reviewed by our team within a few days.
